These terms govern your use of the Specloop website (“Specloop”, “we”, “us”). Per-project work is governed by a separate written agreement signed at the time of engagement.

Use of the site

The site is provided as-is for informational purposes. You may read, link to, and share our content freely. Don't try to break the site, scrape personal data, or impersonate us.

Intellectual property

All text, design, and code on this marketing site are © Specloop.

Code and content we produce for a client under a paid engagement transfer to that client on the terms of the project agreement, source, schema, and deploy access included.

We retain ownership of our background IP: the reusable frameworks, component and template libraries, design systems, tools, and methodologies we bring to every engagement. Clients receive a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that background IP as embodied in their delivered work, for as long as they like, with or without us.

Third-party components, commercial plugins and themes, stock media, licensed fonts, and open-source software, remain subject to their own licences and are not ours to transfer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
