Calls

Join calls with live translation

Every call now has a translation panel beside the video. Each person picks the language they want to read in, and every sentence appears in it a couple of seconds after it is spoken, with the original underneath. English, Spanish, Serbian and Montenegrin, German, French, Italian and Portuguese to start.

Calls

Invite anyone to a call by link

Press Invite by link during a call and send it to anyone, whether or not they have a Specloop account. They type a name and join. The link stops working when the call ends.

Markup

Attach files to a change request

Drop the new logo, the corrected photo or a PDF straight onto the pin. We get the exact file, at the exact spot on the page, and use it rather than a stand-in.

Markup

One name for change requests: Markup

Comments, edit requests and site edits were the same thing under different names. It is now Markup everywhere: point at the spot on your live site, say what should change, and follow it to done.

Scope a change with one word

Start a pin with EVERYWHERE to change that element across the whole site, ONLY to change exactly that and nothing else, or MERGE to bring copy from your old site into the new design. No keyword means this page only.

Dashboard

Site health on your project

Every project with a live site shows its speed score and its AI-search (GEO) score, refreshed automatically, so you can see the effect of the work as it happens.

Chat

Chat alerts on your phone and desktop

Support chat now rings you: a sound in the tab, a desktop notification when you are elsewhere, and push alerts on your phone once you allow them. No more keeping Slack open just to hear from us.

Chat

Search inside a chat

A search box in every conversation finds any message, file or call transcript in that thread.

Portal

All your projects in one place

If you have more than one site or app with us, your portal lists every project you belong to, each with its own preview, tasks, documents and chat.

Platform

Organizations for agencies and multi-brand companies

An organization sits above workspaces, so an agency or a company with several brands sees all of them from one login and can hand each client their own portal.

Chat

Support chat, easier to read

Chat now has two clear columns and three tones: navigation, your channel list, and the conversation. The list folds away while you read, so the thread has the room.

Calls

Calls are transcribed and summarised into the chat

Every call is transcribed as it happens. When it ends, a short summary lands in the thread with the transcript behind it, so nobody has to take notes and decisions do not get lost.

Calls

Calls open in their own tab

A call opens in a new tab so your portal stays usable while you talk: open a document, check a task, point at a pin.

Chat

Alerts even with the tab closed

Once you allow notifications, a message or a ringing call reaches you on the desktop and on your phone even when Specloop is not open.

Four big actions on your dashboard

Your dashboard leads with the four things people come here to do: ask us something, request a change, report a problem, send us a file. One click each.

Chat

Chat says who you are talking to

Every channel names the people in it and whether it is a direct message, a project channel, or the studio, so a message never goes to the wrong room.

Calls

One-click calls with screen share

Every chat thread has a Call button. Press it and everyone in the thread is rung through the alerts they already get; the call is filed in the conversation as a message. Screen share included, nothing to install.

Start here, plus six guides

New clients land on a card that names the four things to know, and the Help centre gained six short guides: chat, Markup, tickets, documents, approvals and inviting your team.

Walkthroughs you can watch before you sign in

Each guide plays as a self-running walkthrough: screenshots, a ring around the thing being explained, a caption. They work from a plain link, so you can forward one to a colleague who has no account yet.

Proposals you can accept online

A proposal arrives as a link: line items, one-time or monthly pricing, terms and a valid-until date. Accept it by typing your name; the project is set up from it.

Chat

Direct messages and @mentions

Message one person directly instead of a whole channel, and @mention someone in any thread to pull them in. Attachments work in every chat.

Set your own site links and thumbnail

Project members can add or change the live site link, the preview link and the project thumbnail themselves, without asking us.

Markup

Markup on the whole page, any page

Previews scroll from header to footer with no manual extending, and the page you are on is detected as you click through the site, so a pin always lands on the right page and the right spot.

Portal

A real dashboard when you sign in

The portal opens on a dashboard for your project: status, a live preview thumbnail, open change requests, and the things that need you, instead of dropping you into a page.

Pin comments, reviewed full screen

Each pin opens its own comment thread anchored to the spot on the page, and a full-screen review mode walks through every open pin in order.

Pins keep their numbers

Every pin has a permanent number you can refer to in chat or a call, and deleting one no longer renumbers the rest.
