Meet the Board, and a Lighter, Friendlier Specloop
Your portal has a new page, the Board: every update, report and walkthrough video from our team in one place, with comments right under each post. The whole portal is lighter and friendlier, your dashboard shows your project plan and your AI search score, and chat now scrolls back through your full history.

Release 1.363 is the biggest change to your Specloop portal since it opened. It adds one new page, the Board, and gives everything else a lighter, friendlier look. Nothing you already use has moved or stopped working.
The Board
Open Board in your sidebar. It's where our team posts updates, reports and walkthrough videos for you, newest first. Open a post to read it, watch any video on it, and reply in the comment box underneath. Your comment goes straight to the team working on your project.
When we post something you need to see, we can email you a short preview with a View and reply button that takes you to the post. You can react to a post with an emoji too, if a thumbs up says it all.
The Board doesn't replace Support chat. Chat is still the place for quick questions. The Board is for things worth keeping: what we shipped, what's next, the monthly report.
A welcome post that stays at the top
The first post on your Board is Welcome to your Specloop workspace. It's pinned, so it always sits at the top of the list, and it explains in a few lines where everything lives: the Board, Change requests, Support chat, Documents and your Dashboard. If you invite someone new from your team, point them there first.
A lighter, friendlier look
Every page is lighter and rounder. The darker screens are gone, including calls. Support chat now has a white background, your own messages sit in a soft green bubble, and everyone else's messages take a soft tint of their own color, so you can tell who said what at a glance.
Your project plan and AI search score on the dashboard
Your Dashboard has two new cards:
- Project plan shows the plan for your project once we've shared it, and whether it's approved or waiting for your approval. Click it to read the full plan.
- AI search readiness shows your site's latest score for how well AI assistants such as ChatGPT can find and quote you, and how it has changed since the check before. Full report takes you to GeoTest, where the full check lives.
The score card appears once your site has been checked.
Chat remembers everything
Support chat used to load only the most recent messages in a conversation. Now it keeps loading as you scroll up, all the way to the first message, and search finds a message however old it is and jumps straight to it.
Previews that look like your site
Change requests show your site in a preview so you can pin a note to the exact spot. Some sites showed in the wrong font there. The preview now loads your site's own fonts, so what you pin on looks like what your visitors see.
Frequently asked
Questions people ask about this
- You and the people on your project. Our team can also keep internal notes on a project, and those never appear on your Board.

Client Chat That Lives Inside the Project, Not in Slack
Every Specloop project has its own chat, built into the same portal as the site preview and Change requests. Here is how to use it step by step, what it changes for a client and for the team, and why a shared Slack or Teams channel was never the right place for client work.
